 An Introduction to Quick Release_

Quick Release works with the World’s top automotive companies and their suppliers to deliver product data management (PDM) solutions and change management consultancy, with clients including Ford, JLR, McLaren, Emerald, BMW, TATA and Aston Martin.

We work almost exclusively on-site in large automotive OEMs, with our analysts and consultants embedded within the client's team in order to deal with any technical and data orientated challenges they face. As such it’s essential that every team member is individually able to uphold and represent QR_ strengths and values, building relationships with clients and holding their own in discussions, meetings and presentations, and be seen to be making a difference on a daily basis…

Excellent technical and data skills are essential for our core PDM work, together with outstanding communications, confidence and an energy and enthusiasm for work and life, visible to all those we work with. A STEM degree is preferred but graduates from any discipline will be considered providing they have the resourcefulness, character and motivation that we’re looking for.

As a modern and caring employer with a strong company culture, we aim to maintain team members' innate energy and passion for life and work. We go to great lengths to make Quick Release an interesting, exciting and pleasant place to work, so apart from the work and training opportunities, we have regular team events and any number of clubs, projects and initiatives. I'm pleased to say that our Glassdoor reviews seem to suggest we're succeeding on this front.

Working for QR_ is also rewarding. A recent Graduate with 0-2 years of experience, working as a Project Analyst can expect a starting salary of $53,626 plus company profit share, 401k, healthcare and company equity scheme.

We also offer extensive training, clear progression and advancement opportunities, mentoring and support throughout and a strong focus on social well-being and work-life balance. All team members get 24 days vacation per year (plus 10 further public holidays!).
